Delivery Policies

When ordering, please provide us with accurate name, address and card message information. Any changes required once the data has been processed may cause a delay in shipment and result in additional shipping charges.

Peter and Paul's Baskets and Gifts will not accept responsibility for shipment of alcohol. All customers ship this consumable at their own risk and will not be reimbursed for breakage.

The first order placed by this customer must have an accompanying credit card with it.

• U.S. Baskets ordered from affiliate in the U.S. (BBD)
• Peter and Paul's Baskets and Gifts will not be held liable for breakage of bottles shipped outside the GTA area
• Peter and Paul's Baskets and Gifts reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value
• This includes bases and basket items
• It should be clarified that all HBC parcels are shipped via Canada Post
• All HBC orders will be subject to Peter and Paul's Baskets and Gifts policies and procedures
• All orders within the GTA region will be delivered as follows:
  • We do not ensure safe arrival of liquids, glass, or ceramic products outside GTA and surrounding area.
  • Orders placed before 9:30 a.m. will be delivered same day (if requested)
  • Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. will be delivered next day
  • All Rush orders within the couriers same day delivery area will be charged a delivery surcharge
  • Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. will be delivered within two business days (Saturday is the exception)
  • Out of town orders are shipped via UPS
    • UPS does not insure liquid products, and glass or ceramic goods
    • UPS has next day delivery (Express) but this is an additional surcharge
• Allow 1 - 3 business days for delivery in Ontario and Quebec
• Allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery throughout Canada
• Allow 3- 5 business days for delivery to the USA (except if items held up at customs)
• Orders placed 10 days prior to Christmas or less will not be guaranteed delivery on the day requested due to volume and weather conditions at this time of year.
• Peter and Paul's cannot guarantee delivery of any shipment due to adverse weather conditions.

• November Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• December Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Sat - Sun 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

For Christmas Orders, the last day to place an order for the U.S. is December 19th and the last day for Canada wide Christmas orders to be placed is December 15th.
