This is a full-service fullfillment and recognition program managed by us on your behalf. Customized to ensure your brand is always reinforced and your employee feels appreciated, acknowledged, and are further invested in working hard to meet corporate goals. They are a valued part of the team!

Who should use this program?
All companies large or small that want to maximize their employee’s performance and recognize their personal and career
achievements. The success of every corporation is a direct result of employees striving to be the best that they can be. By
recognizing your employee’s contributions you help to ensure that they will always put their best foot forward.
Who will manage this program for me?
You will be assigned your own Program Manager who will oversee your orders to ensure consistency and that your expectations and requirements are met. You may call your Program Manager directly to order or you may place your order online.
How do I pay for this program?
There are two ways to keep accounting simple; your company can be billed monthly or we can retain a credit card on file.
How is the gift packaged?
We are strong believers in brand power! Each gift you order will be packaged with your company’s colours, custom ribbon with your logo, and at least one logoed gift item to further reinforce your brand! A personalized card will be attached with a note from you
How is the gift delivered?
The gift will be personally delivered by our courier to you so you may give the gift to your employee for an added personal touch.
Alternatively, we could deliver the gift directly to your employee’s desk or home.
Is the fulfillment program accessible online?
We can customize a webpage specifically for your company that will immediately send all requests and orders to your Program Manager. This will be a secure site restricted for your use only.
What if I do not like the gifts that are available?
If you would like to see other options or customize something to meet a specific price point your Program Manager can ensure we develop a variety of gift choices that appeal to you and work within your company’s budget.
How soon can I start the program?
Your Program Manager can start the program for you immediately. They will make arrangements to meet with you and your team to launch the program and discuss how the gifts can be packaged and delivered to best represent your company.
What is included with this program?
Each account will receive a personal Program Manager to assist you with the execution of your program. As an added value, at no additional cost, an item with your logo (“standard item” i.e.: water bottle with logo) will be added to every gift. Storage of gifts in our warehouses will be included if items are pre-ordered. Some restrictions apply.
What are the costs associated with this program?
• Cost of the gift you select
• Delivery charges, plus tax
• Cost of logoed ribbon and one time logo set-up fee for the ribbon

This is a full-service Employee Recognition Program that focuses on the Years of Service your employees dedicate to your company. The program is managed by us on your behalf and customized to ensure your brand is always reinforced and your employee feels appreciated, acknowledged, and further invested in working hard to meet corporate goals. The Years of Service program is a packaged solution for delivering a quality service award program, with the flexibility to fit your corporate culture, schedule and budget.
Our Years of Service program offers an alternative to the traditional paper-based service award program with an online element. The easy to use online program allows participants to view categorized merchandise and select their most desired gift. In addition, all orders may also be placed online for the convenience of your company.
All merchandise is categorized by the number of years in which the employee has dedicated to your company (However can be altered to meet the needs and requirements of your company). The categories include:
• 3 years of service
• 5 years of service
• 10 years of service
• 15 years of service
• 20 years of service
• 25 years of service

Our website receives over a thousand hits a day and our online services are widely used by both corporate and individual buyers.
How we service your clients
This is a full service promotional and gift resource program, for concierge services that are managed by us on your behalf. Allow us to give you the ability to provide gifts, baskets and promo items along with placing your corporate logo on anything that you desire, from custom awards, corporate holiday gifts, customer appreciation, sale incentives and even designing your custom golf event or annual function. We are only limited to your imagination. We also acknowledge important “life” moments such as births and birthdays, promotions, anniversaries, retirement, and the challenges relating to extended illness and the passing of a loved one. It is our pleasure to assist your clients with all their gifting needs, for every occasion!
Experience with Large Accounts
Our gifts and baskets division specializes in providing service for many large wholesalers, corporations, and foundations such as Costco, Canadian Tire, Loblaws, HBC, The Shopping Channel, Direct Buy, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Sobeys, Indigo/Chapters, SickKids and Humber River
Regional Hospital, as well as many more. Peter & Paul’s Gifts and Baskets supply and fulfill baskets for their Unique Gifts and Service Program; we also work closely with their internal head office staff members to fulfill different corporate requests and new retail programs. We have the facilities, systems, and equipment to handle large volumes during both peak and off-seasons. We are also able to work with your online system and provide service to your customers through your own intranet shopping cart and/or website. Our preferred courier services make large corporate ordering very simple and ensure all orders are delivered in an efficient manner. With approximately 60,000 baskets and gifts shipped out yearly, we have established a solid clientele and are continuously fulfilling customer’s needs and providing excellent customer service.
